Brad Bernstein
Executive Chef Brad Bernstein is a Cincinnati native and third-generation restaurateur whose lifelong connection to the city’s restaurant community has shaped his approach to cooking. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati, he continued his education at the Culinary Institute of America in New York before refining his perspective in Napa Valley. Returning home to Cincinnati, Bernstein worked alongside acclaimed chef Jean-Robert de Cavel before founding Red Feather Kitchen, followed by Postmark and Red Feather Larder at Dutch’s. At Cincinnati’s Fidelity Hotel, he leads the culinary vision for Gwynne and Cora’s All Day Café, celebrating the agricultural heritage of the Ohio River Valley through seasonal ingredients, strong relationships with regional producers, and a refined, modern interpretation of the region’s culinary traditions. Beyond the kitchen, Bernstein remains deeply invested in the community, supporting organizations including the Freestore Foodbank and Cincinnati Men Wear Pink.
